Job Description

As an HR Executive with a focus on tech hiring, you will play a crucial role in shaping the talent acquisition strategies of our organization by identifying, attracting, and recruiting top technology professionals. You will be responsible for overseeing the recruitment process from job postings through candidate selection to onboarding, ensuring the acquisition of high-caliber candidates in alignment with our organizational goals. This role requires a deep understanding of the technology industry, emerging trends, and recruitment best practices. You will be working closely with department leads and hiring managers to understand specific job requirements and build effective hiring processes. Furthermore, your keen analytic skills, combined with your extensive knowledge of HR industry trends, will aid in developing and executing staffing initiatives that maximize our workforce potential.


Responsibilities

  • Conduct and manage the full cycle recruitment process for technology roles.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand the technical requirements of roles.
  • Develop and implement strategic recruitment plans to fulfill tech hiring needs.
  • Source candidates using various channels including job boards and social media.
  • Screen resumes to shortlist qualified candidates who meet role specifications.
  • Coordinate and conduct interviews in coordination with tech team members.
  • Maintain and update candidate database with relevant and up-to-date information.
  • Provide effective communication and follow-up with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Stay updated on latest trends in the technology sector to improve hiring processes.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations relevant to recruitment activities.
  • Assist in developing company branding to attract top technology talents.
  • Prepare reports on recruitment activities and present them to senior management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of three years’ experience in HR with a focus on tech recruitment.
  • Strong understanding of technical recruitment processes and industry standards.
  • Demonstrated ability to source and hire for diverse technical roles efficiently.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with teams.
  • Experience utilizing various recruiting software and applicant tracking systems.
  • Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects under strict timelines effectively.
  • Strong interviewing skills and proficiency in behavioral and technical interviewing.
