  • Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidate skills and fit.
  • Coordinate and manage the interview process involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Maintain and manage relationships with external recruitment agencies.
  • Facilitate the negotiation of offers and coordinate the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Create and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future hiring needs.
  • Ensure compliance with labor regulations during the recruitment process.
  • Track recruiting metrics and generate weekly or monthly reports.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices for tech recruitment.
  • Organize and participate in job fairs and recruitment events to attract talent.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in recruiting, particularly in the tech industry.
  • Strong understanding of technical job roles and the tech industry landscape.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for candidate interactions.
  • Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency using recruitment software and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Strong analytical skills to monitor recruitment metrics and improve processes.
