Job Description

We are searching for a skilled HR Executive to oversee and enhance our human resources policies, programs, and practices. As a critical part of our HR team, the HR Executive will be responsible for recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and legal compliance. Our ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of HR practices, possess excellent communication skills, and be adept at engaging with team members across all levels. This role demands a proactive individual who thrives in a dynamic workplace, capable of supporting organizational growth while maintaining a positive workplace culture. You will work closely with department heads to ensure the seamless alignment of the HR functions with our strategic goals.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective HR strategies that align with company goals.
  • Manage the recruitment process from job posting to candidate selection and onboarding.
  • Oversee employee relations, ensuring a harmonious work environment for all staff.
  • Conduct regular performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees and management.
  • Ensure that the organization is compliant with labor laws and regulations.
  • Design and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Maintain employee records, ensuring information accuracy and confidentiality at all times.
  • Advise on HR policies and best practices, ensuring consistency and fairness.
  • Coordinate with department heads to understand staffing needs and career development opportunities.
  • Conduct exit interviews and provide recommendations for improving employee retention.
  • Utilize HR analytics to drive decision-making processes and report on HR metrics.
  • Foster a positive organizational culture by organizing employee engagement activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a human resources role, ideally in a corporate setting.
  • Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with all staff levels.
  • Proficient in HR information systems and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Proven track record of successful employee recruitment and retention strategies.
