As an HR Executive, you will play a crucial role in managing and guiding the human resources operations of our organization. Responsibilities

  • Facilitate performance management and employee development programs organization-wide.

  • Administer compensation and benefit plans to ensure competitiveness in the market.
  • Prepare and analyze HR metrics to drive informed decision-making processes.
  • Participate actively in the development and implementation of HR policies.
  • Coordinate with department heads to identify and solve staffing challenges promptly.
  • Ensure the organization complies with labor laws and regulatory requirements.
  • Organize training sessions and workshops to enhance employee skills and knowledge.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in an HR role with increasing responsibilities.
  • Strong understanding and experience with employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
  • Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite applications.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
  • Proven experience in conflict resolution and problem-solving capabilities.
