  • Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance and retirement plans.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of three years of experience in an HR role, preferably as an executive.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, regulations, and labor laws is necessary.
  • Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite for efficient task management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective employee interactions.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address HR-related challenges.
