Job Description

As an HR Executive, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the workforce and organizational culture of the company. You will manage all aspects of human resources practices and processes, providing a bridge between management and employees to foster a positive and productive work environment. Your role will involve strategic planning, recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and implementing HR policies that align with business goals. You will be the go-to person for issues related to employment, employee engagement, performance management, benefits administration, and conflict resolution. Your efforts will directly impact the company's talent acquisition, retention, and employee satisfaction levels, making this a critical position within the organization.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies in alignment with the business strategy.
  • Manage the entire recruitment and selection process for various positions.
  • Bridge management and employee relations to address grievances and policy management.
  • Oversee and improve employee performance management processes and reviews.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in all HR practices.
  • Develop training and development programs aligned with employee and company needs.
  • Design and implement employee benefits programs to enhance employee retention.
  • Conduct regular audits of HR systems and policies to ensure effectiveness.
  • Handle disciplinary proceedings, terminations, and conflict resolution as necessary.
  • Collect and analyze employee data to improve HR policies and initiatives.
  • Organize and coordinate company events to enhance employee engagement.
  • Maintain confidentiality of employee records and sensitive HR information.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in an HR Executive or similar HR role for a minimum of 2 years.
  • Deep understanding of labor law and HR best practices and regulations.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for diverse employee interactions.
  • Proficiency in using HR software and management tools for efficient operations.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
