Job Description

An HR Executive plays a crucial role in managing and directing human resources activities within an organization. Reporting directly to senior management, this role involves developing strategies related to HR policies, managing employee relations, and ensuring the workforce's alignment with the company's objectives. The HR Executive is responsible for various aspects of employee management, which include recruitment, learning and development, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. Excellent communication skills, a strong knowledge of HR practices, and the ability to work well with others are essential for this role. The position is dynamic, requiring someone who can handle various tasks and challenges, ensuring a supportive and productive work environment.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process to ensure the attraction of suitable talent.
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, and other issues.
  • Plan and conduct performance management and development initiatives for employees.
  • Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly and organizing employee engagement activities.
  • Supervise and mentor the HR team to develop their skills and support their roles.
  • Maintain and update human resources policies and ensure compliance with labor regulations.
  • Oversee payroll processes and employee benefit programs to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Ensure the timely administration of payments and benefits according to company policy.
  • Conduct research and analysis of HR trends, and present findings to management.
  • Develop and manage an effective performance appraisal system for the organization.
  • Facilitate training and development programs to promote skill building and employee growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Executive or in a similar HR leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of labor laws and employment regulations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement HR strategies and policies.
  • Proficiency with HR software and tools, such as HRMS and ATS systems.
  • Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving capabilities.
