The HR Assistant 23D25 position offers an exciting opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our dynamic human resources team. In this role, you will support HR operations and help ensure the smooth execution of HR-related activities. You will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including but not limited to, coordinating recruitment efforts, maintaining employee records, and managing communication between staff and management. Responsibilities

  • Assist in the recruitment process by posting job ads and coordinating interviews.
  • Maintain and update employee records with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Coordinate new hire onboarding processes to ensure seamless integration.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
  • Organize and manage the HR department’s calendar and schedule meetings.
  • Prepare and distribute HR-related documents, such as contracts and policies.
  • Assist with payroll processing and ensure timely submission of documents.
  • Track and report on HR metrics like employee turnover and headcount data.
  • Support the HR team in implementing employee development programs.
  • Facilitate communication between HR management and employees as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations.
  • Participate in HR projects and contribute to HR process improvements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Assistant or relevant administrative role is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with HR software systems.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to HR challenges.
