Job Description

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Housekeeping Executive to join our team at 05N25. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and organization throughout our establishment. The primary goal is to create a welcoming and pristine environment for guests and staff by managing the daily operations of the housekeeping department. You will lead a team of housekeeping professionals, coordinate with other departments, and maintain an inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment. Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of the housekeeping department to ensure cleanliness standards.
  • Develop and implement efficient cleaning schedules and duties for all staff.
  • Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure maintenance of high-quality standards.
  • Recruit, train, and supervise housekeeping staff to maximize performance.
  • Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and request procurement as necessary.
  • Coordinate with maintenance and other departments to address any issues promptly.
  • Implement safety measures and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Monitor and evaluate housekeeping staff performance and provide necessary feedback.
  • Manage budgets and control costs without compromising cleanliness and quality.
  • Handle guest queries and complaints professionally and expeditiously.
  • Prepare and present reports on housekeeping activities and staff performance.
  • Ensure the proper functioning of all housekeeping equipment and conduct periodic checks.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Housekeeping Executive or similar managerial role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to handle numerous tasks.
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of housekeeping operations and best practices.
  • Familiarity with safety and sanitation standards in a hospitality environment.
  • Proficient in using housekeeping management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to interact with guests and staff.
