Responsibilities

• Monitor guest satisfaction and promptly address any concerns or requests.
• Ensure tables are set up neatly and maintain cleanliness in the dining area.
• Process guest payments and manage billing transactions accurately and promptly.
• Collaborate with other staff members to deliver a seamless dining experience.
• Assist in the preparation of food items as directed by the supervisor.
• Maintain stock levels of necessary supplies, such as napkins and condiments.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations and hygiene standards at all times.
• Participate in team meetings and provide feedback for service improvements.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred for this position.
• Previous experience in a customer service role is advantageous.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure well.
• Basic math skills for processing transactions and handling payments.
