The Guest Relation Executive is a vital role focused on creating a welcoming and efficient environment for guests, ensuring their needs are met and their experiences are memorable. The Guest Relation Executive is responsible for greeting guests, managing inquiries, resolving complaints, and offering assistance to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay or visit. Responsibilities

  • Welcome and greet guests warmly upon arrival and throughout their stay.
  • Respond to and resolve guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly.
  • Ensure all guest interactions are handled with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Coordinate with different departments to fulfill guest needs and requests efficiently.
  • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the property’s amenities, services, and policies.
  • Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes in a seamless manner.
  • Upsell hotel services, amenities, and events to enhance guest experience.
  • Manage guest feedback, communicating critical issues to management for improvement.
  • Facilitate transportation and restaurant reservations for guests as needed.
  • Participate in creating a positive team environment by supporting colleagues.
  • Organize and maintain guest relation areas, ensuring they are welcoming and presentable.
  • Implement guest loyalty programs to encourage repeat visits and brand advocacy.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a hospitality or customer service role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with diverse audiences.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; higher education is a plus.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems, including email and property management software.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
