Job Description

As a Guest Relation Executive, you will be the primary point of contact for our esteemed guests, tasked with ensuring their visits are both enjoyable and memorable. This role requires a dedicated, charismatic individual who can provide exceptional service, attend to the needs of our guests, and enhance our hospitality standards. You will be responsible for greeting guests, handling inquiries, and managing feedback to foster relationships and increase guest satisfaction. Your ability to anticipate the needs of our guests and offer personalized service will distinguish the quality of their experience. Responsibilities

  • Warmly welcome all guests upon arrival and provide a genuine hospitality experience.
  • Handle guest inquiries efficiently and provide accurate information about services and facilities.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure guests' requests and needs are met promptly.
  • Manage guests' feedback proactively and address any issues or complaints effectively.
  • Assist with check-in and check-out processes to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Maintain an updated knowledge of local attractions and services to inform guests accurately.
  • Monitor and respond to guests' personalized requests, adhering to company policies.
  • Facilitate smooth communication between guests and hotel staff for seamless service delivery.
  • Arrange special services for guests such as limousine transport or event tickets upon request.
  • Ensure the lobby and reception area are maintained to high standards of cleanliness and appearance.
  • Maintain and update records of guest interactions, preferences, and specific requests.
  • Engage in conflict resolution and service recovery as needed to maintain guest loyalty.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in guest relations or customer service in a hospitality setting.
  • Outstanding communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with diverse clientele.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Proficiency in English; additional languages are considered a significant advantage.
  • Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure and handle challenging situations.
  • Solid understanding of hospitality industry practices and guest service principles.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.
