The Guest Relation Executive plays a crucial role in ensuring a seamless and memorable experience for hotel and event guests. Responsibilities

  • Address and resolve guest complaints promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Maintain an updated database of guest preferences and feedback.
  • Assist guests with special requests or travel arrangements as needed.
  • Provide detailed information regarding amenities, services, and local attractions.
  • Conduct follow-up calls or surveys to gather feedback about guest experiences.
  • Handle check-ins and check-outs efficiently to reduce wait times for guests.
  • Ensure lobby and common areas maintain a high standard of cleanliness.
  • Facilitate communication between guests and management for service improvement.
  • Prepare and present reports related to guest feedback and interaction metrics.
  • Perform other operational duties as required by management or supervisors.

Requirements

  • Minimum of two years of experience in a customer service role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in multiple languages.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to guest issues.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using hotel management software and computer applications.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
  • Flexible schedule, with availability to work weekends and holidays.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in hospitality preferred.
