We are seeking a highly creative and skilled Graphic Designer & Video Editor to join our dynamic marketing team. As a dual-role professional, you will be responsible for crafting captivating visuals as well as producing engaging video content to support our branding and marketing strategies. You should possess a strong understanding of current design trends, motion graphics, and video editing techniques. The ideal candidate will have a passion for storytelling through visual media, an eye for detail, and the ability to think creatively to solve problems. You will work closely with the marketing and content teams to develop innovative content that effectively communicates our brand's message and resonates with our target audience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and design engaging graphic content for various digital platforms.
• Edit and produce high-quality video content for social media and web use.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute creative campaigns.
• Ensure consistency in design across all visual output in line with brand guidelines.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and budgets.
• Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate them into design work.
• Create motion graphics and animations for various video projects.
• Coordinate with photographers and videographers for in-house and commissioned shoots.
• Provide innovative solutions to improve visual content quality and engagement.
• Assist in the development of visuals for presentations and marketing materials.
• Review designs for errors before publishing or printing them.
• Conduct relevant research and incorporate insights into the creative process.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer and Video Editor in similar roles.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro.
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design principles.
• Experience with motion graphics software such as After Effects.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with a team.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design styles and video editing projects.
• Ability to adapt and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Solid knowledge of video formats, codecs, and compression techniques.
