Responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts and design layouts for a variety of projects.
• Create visual assets for digital marketing campaigns and social media platforms.
• Ensure all graphics are consistent with company branding and guidelines.
• Collaborate with marketing, production, and other teams to deliver cohesive designs.
• Prepare design specifications and adjust prototypes based on feedback.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously to meet deadlines and client needs.
• Review final designs for errors before printing or publishing.
• Stay updated with design trends, software, and tools related to graphic design.
• Coordinate with external agencies, printers, and other vendors when necessary.
• Create and edit images, illustrations, and other visual elements for projects.
• Mentor junior designers and provide feedback on their work when required.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative design ideas.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field preferred.
• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative design projects.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines effectively.
• Understanding of digital marketing and design best practices is a plus.
