Responsibilities

• Develop and execute creative design solutions that meet company objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver engaging creative content.
• Manage and oversee multiple design projects from conception to completion.
• Create branding materials, including logos, brochures, and promotional items.
• Design digital assets, including website graphics, email templates, and ads.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends and integrate them into projects.
• Edit and enhance photographs and images to fit graphic needs.
• Work closely with the marketing team to understand project scopes and objectives.
• Ensure all designs align with the organization's brand identity and guidelines.
• Provide revisions and refinements based on feedback from team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field is preferred.
• At least 2 years of professional experience in a Graphic Design role.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creative design skills and technical abilities.
• Excellent understanding of visual design principles and layout techniques.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work within a team environment.
