Job Description

A General Dentist plays a vital role in promoting oral health and diagnosing and treating dental conditions and diseases. They provide comprehensive dental care to patients of all ages, focusing on the prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of oral diseases. Responsibilities

  • Administer anesthesia for pain-free dental procedures and surgeries.

  • Keep abreast of new dental treatments, procedures, and innovations in technology.
  • Strictly adhere to infection control and occupational safety protocols.

  • Collaborate with dental specialists for cases requiring advanced treatment or surgery.
  • Manage and supervise dental assistants, hygienists, and office staff effectively.

Requirements

  • Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree required.
  • Proven experience in a clinical setting with a focus on patient care.
  • Strong understanding of dental tools, procedures, and treatment planning.
  • Excellent manual dexterity and a keen eye for detail in dental procedures.
  • Effective communication skills for patient interactions and team management.
