The Front Desk Receptionist is a pivotal role within our organization, serving as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and employees. Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome all visitors with a professional and friendly demeanor.
  • Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate departments promptly.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area at all times.
  • Manage scheduling and coordinate meetings for various staff members.
  • Keep track of office supplies inventory and order new stock as needed.
  • Assist in administrative tasks such as data entry and filing documents.
  • Respond to general inquiries from visitors and clients efficiently.
  • Schedule and manage conference room bookings for team meetings.
  • Provide support to the administrative team on varied office functions.
  • Ensure all security protocols are followed for visitor admissions.
  • Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and parcels to staff.
  • Monitor visitor access and issue badges when necessary.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent educational qualification required.
  • Proven experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are mandatory.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and office equipment management.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Exceptional customer service skills and a positive attitude.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly.
