Job Description

The Food and Beverage Executive is a pivotal role within our hospitality establishment, responsible for overseeing and enhancing the quality of food and beverage offerings. This position involves leading a team of culinary and service professionals, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and maintaining high standards of service and safety. Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee daily operations of the food and beverage department effectively.

  • Coordinate with culinary and service teams to create innovative menu offerings.
  • Lead hiring, training, and development of food and beverage staff efficiently.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and address any feedback or complaints promptly.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times.
  • Establish strategic partnerships and promote events to boost business revenue.
  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends and customer preferences.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to execute promotional strategies purposefully.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of five years of experience in food and beverage management roles.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills essential for guiding staff.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for client and team interactions.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement strategic business plans successfully.
  • Expertise in financial management, including budgeting and cost control practices.
  • Understanding of food safety regulations and industry-standard certifications required.
