The Financial Controller is a critical role in any organization, responsible for the oversight of all financial and accounting operations. Responsibilities

• Oversee all financial departments to ensure compliance with legal and company policies.
• Develop and implement robust financial procedures to ensure cash flow management.
• Lead the preparation of all financial statements and ensure their accuracy and timeliness.
• Coordinate annual budgeting process and monitor variances between actuals and budget.
• Provide strategic recommendations to the CEO and executive team for long-term financial planning.
• Manage internal audits to ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
• Evaluate and manage financial performance by analyzing operation reports and financial indicators.
• Supervise and support finance team by establishing training programs and professional development plans.
• Manage relationships with external auditors and address all audit-related issues promptly.
• Ensure that all financial reporting is compliant with regulations, including tax filings and returns.
• Develop risk management processes to minimize financial risks associated with business operations.
• Collaborate with IT department to improve financial management systems and processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field required.
• Certification as a CPA (Certified Public Accountant) is strongly preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in finance or accounting roles.
• Demonstrated experience in financial management and auditing processes.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills with proven team management experience.
• Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting.
• Familiarity with accounting software and financial management systems.
