A Field Sales Representative is a vital part of any sales team, playing a crucial role in developing and maintaining relationships with clients in the field. Responsibilities

  • Present, promote, and sell products or services using solid arguments to prospective customers.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and report on key performance indicators regularly.
  • Conduct thorough prospect calls and personalized presentations to attract new clients.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure alignment on sales strategies.
  • Attend industry events and networking opportunities to increase brand awareness and drive lead generation.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits for the organization.
  • Analyze market potential, track sales, and prepare status reports on key metrics.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Update and maintain customer information database with accurate and timely entries.
  • Continuously improve through feedback and remain up to date on industry trends.

Requirements

  • Proven work experience as a Field Sales Representative or similar role.
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills are essential for this position.
  • Ability to travel frequently and work flexible hours as required.
  • Highly motivated and goal-oriented with a proven track record in sales.
  • Capability to build productive professional relationships with diverse customer base.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office and CRM software applications.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
