Our growing company is seeking a dynamic and motivated Field Sales Executive to join our sales team. As a Field Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients in your designated territory. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, presenting our products and services, and negotiating contracts with potential clients. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently. Responsibilities

  • Identify and assess potential customers within the designated sales territory.
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve company goals.
  • Conduct face-to-face meetings with clients to build lasting relationships.
  • Present and demonstrate products to potential clients with confidence.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals with favorable terms.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales activities.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to share market insights and strategies.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.
  • Provide excellent post-sale customer service and support to clients.
  • Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote products.
  • Prepare regular sales reports to track progress and highlight achievements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in field sales or a similar role.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a proven ability to close deals.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills necessary.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision required.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the sales territory as needed.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tracking tools.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills to build strong client relationships.
  • Demonstrated ability to exceed sales targets consistently.
  • Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation needed.
