We are seeking a dedicated and passionate English Teacher to join our educational institution, helping to shape the minds of young learners in a vibrant and supportive environment. Responsibilities

• Develop and implement lesson plans that fulfill the requirements of the curriculum.
• Prepare and deliver instructional activities that facilitate active learning experiences.
• Use relevant technology to support and differentiate instruction in the classroom.
• Evaluate and grade students’ classwork, assignments, and overall performance.
• Collaborate with other teachers and educational staff in planning and implementing programs.
• Establish and communicate clear objectives for all learning activities and lessons.
• Prepare, administer, and grade tests and assignments to evaluate student progress.
• Maintain accurate and complete records of students' progress and development.
• Manage student behavior in the classroom by enforcing rules and procedures.
• Participate in extracurricular activities such as clubs and sports to enhance student learning.
• Engage parents and students in conferences to discuss students' progress and development.
• Attend professional development workshops and seminars to improve skills and knowledge.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• State teaching certification or licensure appropriate for the level of instruction required.
• Proven experience in teaching English or similar subjects at the appropriate grade level.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective classroom interaction.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Capability to develop and implement engaging, student-centered lesson plans.
• Proficient in the use of technology and software tools for educational purposes.
