Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Endodontist to join our specialized dental team. The ideal candidate will be adept at performing complex root canals, diagnosing tooth pain, and saving infected teeth. As an Endodontist, you will work closely with patients and general dentists to ensure optimal dental health and provide expert endodontic treatments. Your responsibilities will include using sophisticated dental equipment to treat the interior of the tooth, managing the dental pulp, and performing root canal therapy. Responsibilities

  • Perform complex and routine endodontic procedures including root canal therapy.
  • Diagnose and manage dental trauma and related conditions effectively.
  • Collaborate with general dentists and other specialists on patient care plans.
  • Utilize advanced diagnostic tools to determine tooth health and treatment needs.
  • Ensure patient comfort and safety during all endodontic procedures.
  • Educate patients about the importance of dental health and post-treatment care.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and treatment plans.
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest advancements in endodontics and dental pharmaceuticals.
  • Ensure compliance with all dental practice standards and legal requirements.
  • Provide emergency endodontic treatment and care as and when required.
  • Manage and supervise support staff during endodontic procedures.
  • Engage in continuous professional development and training opportunities.

Requirements

  • Doctorate in Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctorate in Medical Dentistry (DMD).
  • Specialized certification in endodontics from an accredited institution.
  • Valid state dental license to practice as an endodontist.
  • Minimum of two years of practical experience in endodontics.
  • Proficiency in using endodontic equipment and diagnostic tools effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills are required for patient interaction.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with industry trends.
