Responsibilities

• Perform regular maintenance tasks on electrical systems and equipment to ensure reliability.
• Diagnose and repair electrical issues in a timely and efficient manner.

• Collaborate with engineers to design and implement new electrical systems and processes.
• Interpret technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints accurately for installation and repair projects.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and electrical codes while performing duties.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent on tasks.
• Install, replace, and update electrical systems and components as needed.
• Assist in the development and implementation of preventive maintenance plans.
• Keep up-to-date with advancements in electrical technology and industry best practices.
• Provide technical support and guidance to junior technicians and trainees.
• Respond promptly to emergency situations involving electrical equipment or systems.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience working as an electrical technician.
• Strong understanding of electrical codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting electrical schematics and blueprints.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail in troubleshooting tasks.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to convey technical information clearly.
