As an Electrical Engineer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining electrical systems and components to the required specifications, focusing on economy, safety, reliability, quality, and sustainability. Your expertise will be pivotal in new product design and implementation as well as the modification and improvement of existing systems. With a keen eye for detail and strong analytical skills, you will solve complex electrical challenges and work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. You'll be expected to communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and proactively offer technical advice and expertise. Your role will also involve ensuring that all projects adhere to the required guidelines, standards, and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement electrical systems and components for new products and systems.
• Perform detailed calculations to establish manufacturing, construction, and installation standards and specifications.
• Collaborate with project managers and other engineers in system design and best practices.
• Evaluate electrical systems, products, components, and applications to maintain functionality and performance.
• Work closely with clients and stakeholders to identify their needs and offer effective solutions.
• Conduct feasibility studies for new tech implementations and system enhancements.
• Prepare technical reports and presentations for stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations in all aspects of electrical work.
• Research and evaluate new technologies and materials for potential application within projects.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation of systems and processes for efficient knowledge transfer.
• Support the training and development of junior engineers and team members.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving electrical issues promptly and efficiently.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field is mandatory.
• At least three years of professional experience in electrical engineering roles.
• Proficiency in utilizing electrical design software and tools for design and analysis.
• Strong understanding of electrical safety standards, codes, and regulations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
• Outstanding communication skills to effectively present technical data and reports.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and lead projects effectively.
