Job Description

As a Digital Product Manager, you will be integral in driving the successful development and delivery of digital products that align with our business objectives and meet the evolving needs of our customers. This dynamic role requires a strategic thinker who can envision, analyze, and implement product strategies to ensure our digital offerings are competitive and compelling. You will work cross-functionally with teams such as engineering, design, marketing, and sales to launch products that fulfill customer expectations and create value. You will be expected to manage the product life cycle from inception to sunset, using data-driven insights to guide decision-making and agile methodologies to deliver products efficiently. Your ability to balance business needs with technical feasibility, leading by influence, and commanding product knowledge will be critical for success in this position.


Responsibilities

  • Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap based on customer needs and market trends.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional digital products on time and within budget.
  • Act as a liaison between stakeholders to ensure alignment on product objectives and business goals.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Develop detailed user stories and requirements that provide clear direction for the development team.
  • Prioritize product features, enhancements, and bug fixes to maximize customer value and ROI.
  • Monitor product performance using analytics tools, making data-driven decisions to optimize results.
  • Facilitate agile development processes, including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Communicate product updates and news with internal and external stakeholders effectively.
  • Coordinate product launches, ensuring all teams are prepared and aligned for successful execution.
  • Gather and assess customer feedback to iteratively improve product offerings and user experience.
  • Stay current with technology trends to identify innovative opportunities and drive product innovation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Product Manager for digital products or services.
  • Strong understanding of agile development methodologies and lean product management.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decisions and strategies.
  • Experience working in a cross-functional setting with engineering, design, and marketing teams.
  • Proficient in using product management software and analytics tools for reporting and insights.
  • Familiarity with UX principles and best practices for digital products.
  • Track record of successful product launches from inception through to delivery to market.
