Job Description

The Digital Marketing Specialist role is integral to driving online presence and enhancing brand reputation through strategic digital initiatives. Responsibilities

  • Create, curate, and manage all published content on social media platforms.
  • Analyze campaign performance, generate reports, and provide insights for optimization.
  • Collaborate with content creators to produce high-quality and engaging materials.
  • Identify trends and insights to optimize spending and performance in real-time.
  • Expand and maintain the company's brand presence across digital platforms.
  • Coordinate with the team to ensure cohesive communication strategies and branding.
  • Monitor competitors' digital marketing activities and propose innovations and improvements.
  • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge base of industry tools, trends, and tech advancements.
  • Align digital marketing initiatives with broader company sales objectives and goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, and PPC.
  • Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts and best practices.
  • Excellent analytical skills and experience with web analytics tools like Google Analytics.
  • Proficiency in using social media management and email marketing platforms effectively.
  • Creative flair with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
