Job Description

As a Digital Marketing Specialist, your primary role is to develop, implement, and manage marketing campaigns that promote a company and its products or services. You will play a major role in enhancing brand awareness within the digital space as well as driving website traffic and acquiring leads/customers. You will need to understand the dynamic and ever-evolving digital landscape to optimize marketing strategies using cutting-edge technologies and analytical data. Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms.
  • Conduct research and analyze data to identify new market opportunities.
  • Create and manage content for social media, websites, and email marketing.
  • Collaborate with design, development, and marketing teams for cohesive branding.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of advertising campaigns.
  • Optimize campaigns to improve engagement and conversion rates continually.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in digital marketing.
  • Develop strategies to increase online presence and boost brand awareness.
  • Coordinate and execute paid advertising campaigns including Google Ads and Facebook Ads.
  • Analyze digital marketing analytics reports and share insights with the team.
  • Implement SEO best practices to increase organic search performance.
  • Liaise with external agencies to plan and execute promotional materials.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy, and best practices.
  • Hands-on experience with SEO, Google Analytics, and CRM software.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns.
  • Highly organized with strong project management skills and attention to detail.
