Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage marketing campaigns that promote our services.
  • Enhance brand awareness within the digital space to drive website traffic.
  • Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests.
  • Identify trends and insights to optimize spend and performance based on analysis.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across channels.
  • Identify critical conversion points and drop-off points and optimise user funnels.
  • Oversee and manage all contests, giveaways, and other digital projects.
  • Update content and liaise with cross-functional teams to manage content needs.
  • Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new marketing opportunities.
  • Manage online reputation by responding to customer feedback and inquiries promptly.
  • Work with designers to ensure content is informative and appealing.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Executive or similar role in industry.
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing concepts, strategy, and best practices.
  • Hands-on experience with SEO, Google Analytics, pay per click, and email campaigns.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as HubSpot, Hootsuite, and Google Ads.
  • Excellent analytical skills and experience with data-driven marketing strategies.
  • Strong communication skills, creativity, and ability to work collaboratively in teams.
