Job Description

As a Data Entry Operator, you will play a pivotal role in our company's data management processes. Responsibilities

  • Manage and process various types of digital and paper-based documents.
  • Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation and security.
  • Retrieve data from the database or electronic files as necessary for project continuity.
  • Ensure data entry speed and accuracy maintain company standards and meet set benchmarks.
  • Adhere to data management policies and procedures to maintain data integrity.
  • Generate regular reports from completed work to ensure data consistency and accuracy.
  • Identify and resolve any data deficiencies or inconsistencies found during entry or analysis.
  • Remain informed about new data management software developments for improved efficiency.
  • Assist with the formulation and implementation of data monitoring standards.

Requirements

  • A high school diploma or equivalent qualification is required for candidates.
  • Proven experience as a data entry operator or a similar data handling role.
  • Excellent typing speed and accuracy with attention to detail for data entry tasks.
  • Proficient in the use of MS Office Suite, especially Excel and Word applications.
  • Familiarity with different data entry techniques and latest data management systems.
  • Basic understanding of databases and data management practices is essential.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple data entry tasks simultaneously.
  • Good communication skills for clarification of data entry tasks and collaboration.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality in handling sensitive information and data.
