  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies as established by the company.
  • Use conflict resolution skills to de-escalate tense situations with professionalism.
  • Recommend potential products or services to management by collecting customer information.
  • Ensure feedback loop by addressing customer service issues and sharing improvement ideas.
  • Collaborate with team members to communicate and brainstorm customer service strategies.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent educational qualification required.
  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening capabilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication proficiency in English.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices is highly desirable.
  • Customer orientation, with the ability to adapt and respond to different characters.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively under pressure.
