Job Description

The Customer Service Representative (17N25) plays a crucial role in providing outstanding service and support to our customers. You will serve as the face of our company, addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring that our customers have a positive experience with our products or services. Your excellent communication skills will help build and maintain our customer base. Our ideal candidate is patient, empathetic, and passionately communicative, with a knack for problem-solving. Being able to understand the customer’s needs and articulate solutions efficiently is essential in this position. Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries through various channels such as phone and email.
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Resolve customer complaints by providing fair and effective solutions swiftly.
  • Communicate effectively with customers to understand their inquiries and concerns fully.
  • Keep accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions in the system.
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction and exceed expectations.
  • Provide information about products and services to help customers make informed decisions.
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless customer service experience.
  • Handle or escalate customer complaints to appropriate departments when necessary.
  • Inform customers about promotions or new services and offerings as applicable.
  • Work toward customer service team goals and performance metrics consistently.
  • Participate in training and development to continuously improve service standards.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is preferred but not required.
  • Proven customer service experience or in a similar customer-facing role.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English are essential.
  • Familiarity with customer service software and CRM tools is advantageous.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations consistently.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on finding solutions quickly.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays if required.
