Our team is searching for an enthusiastic and dedicated Customer Service Representative who will act as a liaison between the company and its customers. Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions accurately.
  • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying complaints and providing solutions.
  • Communicate effectively to provide accurate, valid, and complete information.
  • Develop and sustain long-lasting relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction effectively.
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
  • Follow up to ensure timely and satisfactory resolution of customer issues.
  • Manage large amounts of incoming calls and prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and alternatives.
  • Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related targets and objectives.
  • Stay updated with product knowledge and related industry developments regularly.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred but not mandatory.
  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills both written and oral.
  • Ability to handle stressful situations while maintaining a calming presence.
  • Proficient in using customer service software, databases, and tools.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail are crucial for this role.
  • Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays if required.
