Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying customer complaints and providing solutions.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the company's products and services.
  • Communicate effectively and professionally with customers, maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Accurately document interactions and transactions in the company's CRM system.
  • Follow-up on customer interactions to ensure all inquiries have been resolved satisfactorily.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely customer service and satisfaction.
  • Monitor and report customer feedback, identifying trends and suggesting improvements.
  • Provide product support and handle general queries with informative and friendly advice.
  • Keep up-to-date with product information, policy changes, and service upgrades.
  • Assist in training new employees with insights into effective customer service techniques.
  • Manage and resolve customer complaints, escalating issues as needed and appropriate.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a customer service or customer-facing role essential.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are a must.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices is highly beneficial.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented and organizational focus.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
  • Availability to work in shifts, including occasional weekends or holidays.
