Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and offer appropriate solutions or alternatives.

  • Record details of inquiries, comments, and complaints accurately and thoroughly.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support through all interactions.
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Communicate and coordinate with colleagues to resolve complex customer issues efficiently.
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction in every interaction.
  • Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process to management.
  • Stay updated with product knowledge and industry changes to assist customers efficiently.
  • Process orders, forms, applications, and requests with precision and timeliness.
  • Offer product and service information to customers effectively and accurately.
  • Collaborate with the team to promote a supportive environment and improve processes.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.
  • Strong phone handling skills and active listening capabilities are essential.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices is a strong advantage.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills are necessary for this role.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
