Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.
  • Previous experience in a customer service or related role preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential.
  • Ability to manage multiple customer cases simultaneously with patience.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented mindset required.
  • Proficiency in using basic computer programs and dealing with digital interfaces.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
