Job Description

As a Customer Service Advisor specializing in voice process, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers.   • Collect customer feedback and relay insights to help improve service and products.
  • Maintain discretion and confidentiality with sensitive customer information at all times.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a customer service or call center role is preferred.
  • Strong verbal communication skills and an articulate telephone manner are essential.
  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations and difficult customers with calmness.
  • Proficiency in using computers and familiar with CRM software tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality service.
  • Flexibility to work in various shifts, including weekends and holidays, may be required.
