Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries and issues through phone, email, and chat channels.
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction and provide solutions.
  • Compile and document customer interactions and feedback in detail for records.
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Meet personal and team qualitative and quantitative customer service targets.
  • Assist with placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open communication.
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.
  • Utilize CRM systems to coordinate and log all customer interactions.
  • Stay updated with company products, services, policies, and procedures continuously.
  • Provide product and service information to inform customers and answer inquiries.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to receive and resolve complicated customer issues.

Requirements

  • Proven customer support experience or experience in a client service role.
  • Strong administration skills and thorough attention to detail are essential.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite preferred.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent; relevant higher education is a plus.
