Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain the company’s CRM system to ensure accurate data entry and reporting.
  • Develop and implement customer retention strategies to maximize client lifetime value.
  • Analyze CRM data to identify trends and opportunities for business growth.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to create effective customer outreach plans.
  • Train and support staff on the use of CRM software and its functionalities.
  • Prepare detailed reports on customer interactions and feedback for management review.
  • Address and resolve customer issues promptly to maintain positive client relationships.
  • Monitor client accounts to ensure that there are no overdue or unresolved issues.
  • Design and execute loyalty programs to increase customer engagement and satisfaction.
  • Work closely with product development teams to convey customer feedback effectively.
  • Coordinate with IT support to address any technical issues within the CRM platform.
  • Analyze competitor CRM strategies to benchmark and improve internal processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field required.
  • Proven experience as a CRM executive or in a similar customer service role.
  • Proficiency in CRM software such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or a similar platform.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client relations.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data effectively.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Experience collaborating with marketing and sales teams to achieve business objectives.
