  • Facilitate communication between different departments to support CRM initiatives successfully.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a CRM Executive or in a similar role handling customer data.
  • Strong proficiency with CRM software, such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, when liaising with stakeholders.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach to challenges.
