Job Description

A CRM Executive plays a crucial role in managing and enhancing customer relationships using the company's CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software. This position is critical for ensuring customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty, which are all key drivers of a company's success and growth. The CRM Executive is responsible for analysing customer interaction data, understanding customer behaviour and preferences, and implementing strategies to improve customer engagement. They work closely with marketing, sales, and customer service teams to ensure that all departments are aligned in their approach to meeting customer needs. This role requires a blend of technical skills, strategic thinking, and excellent communication to effectively manage customer relationships and drive business growth.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement CRM strategies to improve customer engagement and retention.
  • Analyze customer data to identify trends and areas for improvement in services.
  • Collaborate with marketing to create targeted campaigns based on customer insights.
  • Oversee the management and updating of customer records in the CRM system.
  • Train staff on CRM systems and processes to maximize utilization and benefits.
  • Work with sales teams to streamline the lead management process using CRM tools.
  • Monitor and evaluate CRM effectiveness, providing reports and recommendations to management.
  • Coordinate with IT for CRM maintenance and enhancements to meet business needs.
  • Resolve customer issues by offering solutions and improving service processes.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure data integrity and accuracy within the CRM system.
  • Stay updated on the latest CRM technology advancements and industry trends.
  • Ensure compliance with data protection regulations while managing customer data.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is required.
  • Proven experience working with CRM software in a similar role is mandatory.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with data protection regulations and practices is highly desirable.
  • Experience in training and supporting teams in CRM system usage and best practices.
