Responsibilities

  • Provide expert advice and recommendations on local attractions, dining, and entertainment.

  • Coordinate with hotel departments to fulfill various guest requests effectively.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the hotel’s services, promotions, and events.
  • Handle all guest inquiries in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring resolution.
  • Organize and manage guest reservations, special requests, and personal errands.
  • Address guest complaints and provide resolutions to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and local vendors.
  • Stay informed on current events and new developments in the local area.
  • Accurately document all guest interactions and transactions for future reference.
  • Prepare daily reports and briefings for management review and decision-making.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in hospitality.
  • Strong knowledge of the local area, including attractions and events.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for guest interactions.
  • Ability to multitask and handle various guest requests simultaneously with ease.
  • Proficient in basic computer applications and hotel management software systems.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on guest satisfaction and resolution.
  • Flexibility to work in shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
