Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Client Services Associate to join our team. As a Client Services Associate, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded. Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong knowledge of company's services and offerings.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and issues.
  • Foster long-term relationships with clients through regular communication.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling additional services and products to clients.
  • Assist clients with troubleshooting and resolving product or service issues.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of client needs.
  • Prepare and present performance reports and analyses to clients regularly.
  • Collect client feedback to guide service improvements and innovations.
  • Monitor and update client databases to ensure accurate information.
  • Support client onboarding processes and ensure a seamless experience.
  • Contribute to the development of client service initiatives and frameworks.
  • Represent the company professionally at client meetings and conferences.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or related field required.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in client services or similar role.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills are essential for success.
  • Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple client requests simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle challenging situations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software is required.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
