Responsibilities

• Develop detailed civil drawings using computer-aided design (CAD) systems.

• Coordinate with the project team to gather necessary design-related information.

• Prepare and update as-built drawings once construction projects are completed.
• Assist in creating bill of materials, cost estimates, and other project documentation.
• Liaise with contractors and vendors to ensure proper implementation of designs.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and CAD software advancements.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Civil Draughtsman or a similar role in the construction industry.
• Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or equivalent applications.
• Strong knowledge of civil engineering standards and construction practices.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce precise technical drawings.
• Good communication and teamwork skills for effective collaboration with project teams.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Certificate or diploma in civil draughtsmanship, engineering, or a related field.
