• Collaborate with clients to provide personalized solutions for unique security challenges.
• Keep detailed service records updated to track maintenance and installation activities.
• Provide technical support and training to clients to help them understand their systems.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in surveillance technology and techniques.
• Ensure all installations are compliant with local, state, and federal security regulations.
• Coordinate with team members and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Develop project plans and timelines, ensuring adherence to client requirements and budgets.
• Maintain inventory of necessary tools, parts, and equipment for efficient service delivery.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a CCTV Technician or in a similar technical role.
• Strong knowledge of CCTV systems, cameras, and network components.
• Proficient in the installation and maintenance of security systems and networks.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to resolve hardware and software issues.
• Ability to interpret technical manuals and diagrams accurately.
• Strong communication skills for interaction with clients and team members.
• Willingness to stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team in various environments.
• Relevant technical certifications and training are preferred but not mandatory.
