Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Call Center Representative to join our team, specifically for the position coded 05J26. This role is critical in maintaining our commitment to providing exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction. As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, resolving customer inquiries, and providing information about our products and services. Responsibilities

  • Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies to customers.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions.
  • Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor.
  • Follow up on customer issues and inquiries to ensure complete resolution and satisfaction.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures while handling customer interactions.
  • Update and maintain customer databases and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Participate in training and development activities to enhance job performance.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve overall customer service operations.
  • Meet or exceed call handling quotas and service quality standards.
  • Provide feedback to improve customer service processes and customer experience.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is an advantage.
  • Previous experience in a call center or customer service role preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are mandatory.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Proficient in using computers and familiar with CRM software systems.
  • Adept at multitasking and managing time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if necessary.
