Job Description

The Business Development Manager is a critical role responsible for driving the growth and expansion of our company. This position requires a dynamic individual who can identify and seize new business opportunities, build strategic partnerships, and nurture existing client relationships. As a Business Development Manager, you will be a key player in shaping the company's strategic direction and sales objectives. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement initiatives that increase market share and maximize profitability. Your expertise in market analysis, client engagement, and sales strategy will be instrumental in pushing our business to new heights.


Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities to achieve company growth targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities in the industry.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies that increase brand awareness.
  • Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations to prospective clients and partners.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure favorable terms for the company.
  • Track and report on sales targets, metrics, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals to drive consistent results.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the company's products and services to cater to client needs.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met efficiently.
  • Monitor competitor activities and develop strategies to outperform them.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in business development or a similar role.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving company growth.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Willingness to travel to meet with clients and attend industry events as needed.
