Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
  • Develop and present proposals for new systems or process improvements to management.
  • Analyze complex business problems and recommend effective solutions.
  • Create detailed business analysis documents, reports, and presentations for stakeholders.
  • Liaise between IT and business teams to ensure clear communication of requirements.
  • Monitor project progress to ensure deadlines are met and objectives are achieved.
  • Conduct research and analysis to identify business trends and opportunities.
  • Ensure data accuracy and recommend improvements to data collection processes.
  • Provide training and support to staff on new systems and processes as needed.
  • Evaluate and recommend new tools or technologies to enhance productivity.
  • Participate in meetings, presentations, and group discussions to deliver insights.
  • Write and maintain clear documentation detailing various business processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field is required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience working as a Business Analyst or similar role.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to solve complex business problems.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools such as Excel and Power BI.
  • Experience with project management methodologies and tools is desirable.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Knowledge of business process modeling and improvement techniques is a plus.
