Job Description

The role of a Billing Assistant is crucial for ensuring efficient and accurate financial operations within a company. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required for this position.
  • Proven experience in a billing or administrative role is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail are essential.
  • Proficiency in using accounting software and MS Office applications.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective customer interactions.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Familiarity with basic accounting principles and billing procedures.
